Federica Galli was one of the most influential Italian engravers of the 20th century and one of the most prominent figures of graphic art of that period.

In this unique book, Simone wrote a text in which multiple levels talks: present and past, day and night, life and death. Sarah Mazzetti created a series of illustrations printed on transparent paper that pulse in the middle of the narration as a new, vital dimension, like a rhythmic, alienated vision of the words.
